Clinical Supervision Services

Get the Support You Need with Professional Clinical Supervision

We provide a wide range of high-quality supervision services for counselors in Colorado for those pursuing licensure in Colorado for LPC, LMFT, and LAC. Our supervisors hold Approved Clinical Supervisor and/or AAMFT Approved Supervisor credentials. Both designations are a national accreditation showing the supervisor has met the national professional standards for supervision.

Quality supervision offers more than just learning opportunities and consultation. It offers support for ethical, legal, and professional standards, while also addressing compassion fatigue and burnout, which are common challenges in this profession. It facilitates a therapist's deeper understanding of their own bias, values, beliefs, and cultural and familial perspective, which can influence and sometimes affect their work with clients.

Effective supervision is goal directed, proactive and flexible, and individualized to meet the changing needs of the therapist.
